The Miss Diva competition was held for the first time in 2013. So, you can imagine her nerves in competing against 14 finalists and coming out on top. The 31-year-old Indore native didn’t stop there, finishing in the top ten of the Miss Universe 2013 competition in Moscow.
Many of us may be unfamiliar with her name now, nearly 9 years after her incredible feat. Right? If we look at the recent winners, this may not be the case. We know them. We do, indeed. She takes Lara Dutta as her role model
When asked what inspired her to compete in the Miss Universe pageant, she named Lara Dutta as her inspiration. She stated that she was inspired to compete in this pageant after watching Lara Dutta be crowned Miss Universe. In an interview, she stated that she adores Lara Dutta and cannot get enough of her inspiration’s dynamism, charm, and aura. She went on to say that she had watched Lara’s videos numerous times while preparing for the pageant.
Her first brush with fashion and glamour
Manasi enrolled in the St. Vincent Palloti College of Engineering in Nagpur for an engineering degree program in 2019. She began modeling in college and took part in all of the college’s small or large fashion events. She had no connection to the glamor world when she first started. But, when she was being applauded and winning title after title, she kept moving forward.
She worked with blind and poor students during her college days
Manasi is one of the few Miss Diva winners who will be remembered for their humanity and humility. Did you know that during her time at St. Vincent Palloti College, Manasi worked to improve the lives of poor and blind students? In fact, she enjoyed spending her free time with them. She used to work with the Pallottine Youth Forum Social Service Committee to carry out good deeds.
Manasi Moghe’s Film Career
Even though Manasi had not been featured in a slew of films, we can know a little bit about her movie career. Manasi Moghe began her film career with a Marathi language film titled “Bugadi Maazi Sandli Ga” way back in 2014. Manasi was signed opposite Kashyap Parulekar in her debut film.
