Farzi is a new venture for the directors of the famous Family Man web series and is produced by D2R films. In the teaser Shahid is seen saying, “Mere life ka Naya phase…kya logon ko pasand ayega? It is a new phase in actors’ life, on-screen and off-screen. Looking straight at the camera, he says, “But an artist is an artist, right? He winked at the camera and left the scene leaving the canvas with the words “Farzi”.
In fact, the excited fans also dropped fire emojis over the post as one fan wrote, “Shahid Kapoor being badass is all I want to see.” Another asked, “Ye post to farzi nahi hai na? (This post is not counterfeit, is it?
Synopsis and StoryLine.
It is a story of a small-time artist who went out of this way to carve his path in the con world. He left his grandfather’s printing press to design a con job and later started to explore many new ideas and things. This job best suits his personality, but it is a world of crime.
Farzi’s official logline of the series reads: “An artist who gets pulled into the murky high stakes of a con job and a fiery task force officer on the mission to rid the country of his menaces in a fast-paced, edgy one-of-a-kind thriller.” The motive revolves around fake currency creation, and the special task force created is on a mission to thwart this crime.

Audiences will see completely different content, and Farzi is getting great after the Family Man show.
Shahid’s expectations
Farzi web series is a much-awaited series for Shahid Kapoor and his fans. Speaking about his OTT debut, Shahid told to PTI, “The choice to go on to the OTT platform was to break the trend, was to do something different and challenge myself. I have been doing this for almost 20 years, I need to feel challenged and excited.” However, he has expressed his eagerness about the prime event and expects the release date from Amazon Prime Video soon. Shahid’s fans are equally super excited and expected him to give a killing performance like always.

The web series also features Kay Kay Menon, Vijay Sethupathi, Kubbra Sait, Regina Cassandra, Zakir Hussain, Bhuvan Arora, Amol Palekar, and Raashi Khanna. Raashi Khana plays the lead role and Vijay Sethupathi of a cop.
OTT date and Time
