The FDCI (Fashion Design Council of India) and Lakme Fashion Week s uccessfully concluded this weekend. It was a unique show as several designers came into the limelight with their latest collections. And, Bollywood stars walked the ramp in their quirky outfits.
It is one of the prestigious fashion events that occur twice a year in India. Last week, it again spelled a weave of designers’ fabulous works through celebs’showstoppers. LFW created a buzz with stunning collections of renowned designers like Payal Sighal, Gaurav Gupta, Aisha Rao, and many more.
People got stunned when Babil Khan, son of the late actor Irfan Khan walked the ramp. He became a showstopper for the designer Pawan Sachdeva’s stylish black and white three-suit. He is going to get his first stint in Bollywood with Qala. He wore an oversized jacket teamed with a pullover top and straight-fitted pants and his clean-shaven rendered an eccentric appeal.

Mrunal Thakur: She captured the craving eyes flaunting the designer Rajesh Pratap Singh’s finale show. Donned in a monochrome look from the latest collection, she wore a statement piece with a white collared full-sleeved shirt matched with black velvet pant boots.
Ananya Pandey:Ananya became a showstopper for Pankaj and Nidhi. With her grace and poise, she brought the oomph factor in a sultry mini-blazer dress. The paparazzi clicked the star taking the ramp on fire spreading the boss babe vibes.
Shamita Shetty: She walked for designer Rina Dhaka in her printed outfit featuring a paneled crop top and high-slit shirt. She looked stunning with a round neck top and puffed half sleeves. And with all eyes falling on her as she walked in full feminine grace.
Alaya F:Alaya F stole everyone’s heart wearing the designer Nikita’s showstopper at Lakme Fashion Week. The actor with her stunning grace and poise stole the show on the last day of the fashion. She wore a stunning bronze gold mini dress and a halter neckline.
Huma Qureshi: She adorned Nachiket Barve’s pink embellished lehenga. The outfit featured a short choli and full-length sleeves, duly matched with a plunging neckline. She matched it with a matching lehenga and ruffled chiffon dupatta.

Other stars were Kalki Koechlin, Mouni Roy, Bhagyashree, Genelia D’Souza, Tara Sutaria, Aditi Rao Hydari, Chitrangda Singh, Vijay Verma who walked for the Nirmooha, and others. Not only the movie stars, but cricket player Shubman Gill also captured the limelight as the showstopper for designer Kanika Goyal’s brand KGL.
