The stage has been set, and the countdown to India’s most-awaited fashion commercial TV show, ‘Couture & Pret Lifestyle Fashion Week,’ has begun.
The first press conference of the show was held on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at The Beer House Cafe in Ghaziabad. During the press conference, the whole team of CPLFW including the director and producer were present. Also, officials of all the sponsors & partners marked their presence at this event.
Mr. Vinayak Sharma, the director of CPLFW, spoke to the media and sponsors about how the show will revolutionize the Indian fashion industry. The vision of the show is to showcase the struggle of a fashion designer from tire-2 and tire-3 cities of India. Through this big platform, all the talents are able to showcase their life story & collections on the national television on MTV.
CPLFW will be a Road to Glory for India’s most talented and promising fashion designers and models. All the contestants will have the chance of a lifetime to exhibit their skills in front of a global audience of influential media retailers.
It is a show where the entire country will be seeing such talents together on a Single Screen for the First Time. The shooting of the show will begin in August or September in Goa.
The Luxury Lifestyle Fashion Week will have a total of 18 episodes which will be broadcasted on both MTV and the OTT platform. At the same time, CPLFW’s co-producer, Vineet Sharma said that Uplive, the show’s live streaming partner, will stream some of the behind the screen moments of the show Live through the app.
According to Abhishek Khera-producer, their team will visit the tire-2 and tire-3 cities of India to discover hidden talent in the fashion industry. They will conduct auditions near major cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Pune, and Lucknow to facilitate the auditions and cover all of the surrounding areas.
All selected candidates will have the opportunity to further showcase their talent at the CPLFW Grand Finale in Goa. According to the project head-Akanksha Gupta, they have tied up with major brands like Lakmé, Uplive, HYPE, and Dazzlerr to make this event a grand success.
