Suman Rao, besides being the winner of Femina Miss India 2019 is a beauty pageant title holder for many other international contests. She represented India at the Miss World 2019 pageant in ExCeL London in the United Kingdom and was crowned as the 2nd runner-up and as Miss World Asia. Femina Miss India 2019 was held in Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Indoor Stadium in Mumbai. Now she is currently an Indian model by profession and also works with all her integrity to give women equal status in society. Personal Details – Birth of Suman Rao
Suman hails from a small village in Aaidana, Rajasthan ensuring each step of her journey is empowering. As a role model for thousands of women, she helps other women with employment and continues to reign in their hearts. Suman Rao makes sure that each step of her journey is about empowering other women. And, today thousands of women in her hometown look to her for inspiration. She has become a role model for them and a reason for these women to gain their respective places in their society.

Suman’s contribution to her society
Suman laid the foundation for a new beginning, her Beauty With A Purpose (BWAP), and Project Pragati in association with Princess Diya Kumari Foundation (PDKF). It is an NGO operated by Princess Diya Kumari, who is also working for the betterment of women and making them attain equal status in society.
Her project Pragati works with a mission to empower underprivileged women. She resides in rural areas of her home state, Rajasthan. With her project, she is opening many employment scopes and opportunities with available resources. Besides, she uses her skill sets to give financial independence to women and increase their literacy ratio.
Suman represented the country at Miss World and won the 2nd Runner up and Miss World Asia 2019 titles. She was greeted with a crowd and showers on return following her incredible victory. Suman also gave around 80,000 rupees, a charity to the Child Help Foundation. She has also volunteered to be a part of cleaning the sea beach in Mumbai.

Biography of Suman Rao
Before being crowned Femina Miss India, Suman Rao became the first runner-up in Miss Navi Mumbai 2018. She completed her studies at Mahatma Education Society, Mumbai, and did CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, New Delhi. Her love for sports, especially basketball becomes a major factor to attain such a personality.
She got interested in modelling at a very young age and her family also supported her. She has a sportsman spirit like no other and participated in many contests for Femina Miss India. Besides playing, she also loves singing and dancing. Suman is an inspiration for many young women out there who dream to be in one of the top positions.
