We have seen Ranbir Kapoor grow from a teen lover boy in “Saawariya” to a raging beast in “Animal”. Ranbir Kapoor is leveling the playing field with his hard work on-screen. Even while he’s off-screen following a strict diet, an immense workout is a part of his daily routine. At the age of 42 and delivering so many hits, he still looks half of his age. In an interview with Nikhil Kamath, he discussed how he retained this fabulous physic.

He used to be a gym freak but later realised that there are things you can do outside the gym, too. Currently, he is working with a trainer from Korea, Nam.

Kapoor states that he trains with him for three hours daily. In the morning, they start with mobility, stretching, and cardio, including 5 km of running.

As he says, he does sleep in the afternoon for an hour and then trains from 5:00 to 7:00, and that’s typically strength training, which has nothing to do with machines or weights. Most of it is

He adds that’s the only weight he uses while training. He is enjoying a new training style with handstands and headstands.

Later in the interview, Ranbir also discussed that we can expect to see him on big screens in the middle of next year. He is preparing for a role which he has been preparing for for the last few months.

What is the role he is prepping for? On November 6th, it became official that he was training for the most epic role of his career.
