So, Dharma Productions has dropped the trailer of the upcoming action-packed “Yodha” starring Sidharth Malhotra, Disha Patani, Rashi Khanna and a suave and smart Ronit Roy.
Coming to Sid, it’s not the first time we have seen him playing such amazing roles. His recent movie “Shershah” was a success, making every detail and nuance look surprisingly genuine.
But now, he’s back with more action! One can very well say that this might have been a successful discovery in finding the perfect soldier for our Bollywood movies.
Glimpse From Yodha Trailer
The “Yodha” trailer has Sidharth Malhotra saying a line, “Mai rahoon ya na rahoon pr yeh desh hamesha rahega.” And, he impresses the audience with this perfect ample amount of nationalism.
The trailer showcases the journey of a boy named Arun (Sidharth Malhotra) who’s labeled as a ‘traitor’ by the Indian Army, though he was doing all he could to protect the country. He’s seen fighting the terrorist in mid-air in the trailer to rescue passengers on a hijacked Air India flight.
Disha Patani, who is also seen in the lead role in Yodha plays the role of a cabin crew member in the trailer.
Despite being a commercial masala movie with high action scenes, it doesn’t feel dramatized. However, the actresses Disha and Rashi have been presented in short glimpses in the trailer. But, their roles seem to strengthen the narrative.
More About The Film
Recently, the movie makers have also released the first song ‘Zindagi Tere Naam’ from the movie. When asked from the directors Sagar Amre and Pushkar Ojha, they say the blockbuster film will release this coming March 15.
Earlier, the movie was scheduled to release on November 11, 2022. However, the directors decided to push the date to July 2023, jumping on from September 15 to December 15 and now set to March 15, 2024.
